Basic Must Have :
- 2-6 Years of experience in IT Sales (preferrable in IT Service)
- Lead Generation
- Knowledge of best methods and practices used for B2B lead generation.
- Candidate's core expertise in B2B lead generation using following tools along with Cold Calling.
- LinkedIn
- Email Campaign
- Good in research: Understanding on ICP and be able to identify companies to connect according to Ideal Client Profile (ICP)
- Communication (Writing/Speaking/Listening) - Very good/excellent
- Prospecting - Be able to do good research on prospect companies, be able to create good relatable content to pitch through (LinkedIn message/InMail/Personalized Email/etc.).
- Attending, engaging and managing prospects through responses/follow-ups/future connect/etc.
