Executive - Business Development - IT Sales (2-8 yrs)

Nethues, a 12+ years old Web Design & Development company is looking to hire Business Developers for their Rohini office. Candidate with minimum 2 years of experience - should be highly motivated, energetic and target oriented.

Key Result Areas:

- Achieving Sales Targets of company for various segments / geography assigned

- Constantly generate new leads using various platform and closing them to achieve sales targets.

- Converting assigned / generated leads into sales

- Managing relations with current client base and generating repeat business

- Generate proposals / contracts for clients and ensure compliance with the help of Pre-sales team

- Active participation in campaigns design and execution

- Act as relationship manager and escalation point to clients

- Complying companys processes and documentation standards for sales

- Being a brand ambassador of company.

Key requirements:

- B.Tech/MCA/MBA or a degree in marketing

- Good communication (verbal & written) skills

- Proven working experience in IT Sales/ International Sales

- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in sales strategies
