Executive - Business Development - IT/IteS (5-7 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Build and identify Prospect for new client opportunities & qualify revenue potential.
- Meet the Sales target as per the timeline.
- Develop and document Sales plans & methods.
- Develop value added proposals and manage tail end processes.
- Identify and establish new connections /clients such as HR head/ L&D / Business Head level.
- Maintain all client contact in CRM system (client contacts, call reports, price quotes, email correspondence, etc.)
- Aware of the latest industry trends and business sectors. (Especially IT/ITES)
Requirements :
- B2B (IT/ITES) field experience of 5 -7 yrs
- Expertise in digital learning products
- Tech savvy, business enthusiast having the know-how
- A good communicator, with the ability to articulate and develop on conversational cues.
- Avid traveler, curious, work on flexible timings with a natural bend of mind to learn.
- Salary as per Industry standards (+Incentives based on Performance)
