Our client is looking for an experienced and innovative Business Development professional.
The Job
Your responsibilities will include:
- Take ownership of an assignment and work collaboratively with Internal team members.
- Work aggressively on Proactive business basically for sports and recruitment In Government Organisation.
- Timely submission of proposal with compliance as tender requirements. Tracking of tenders which are in line with our focus areas.
- Candidates will be responsible for selling IT, Hardware Products, Infrastructure related Networking/ Security/Storage Virtualization/ Data Center solutions.
- The individual will develop and execute sales plans for target accounts and need to have demonstrated experience In similar domain
- Responsible for Business Development - to map and bring new business / large customer accounts.
- Establish a professional working relationship with decision-makers and C-Level to develop a core understanding of the client's unique business needs.
- Preparation of Pre-Bid Queries and attending the pre-bid meetings
- Preparation of BOM and BOQ and presenting to the client.
- Coordinate with the cross-functional department to gather the required Inputs, documents required for tender submission.
-Handling complete sales cycle
- Good to have Experience on Government E- MarketPlace,Driving Sales and business opportunities through Government e MarketPlace (GeM) from Central & State Govt,PSUs.
Ideal Candidate
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Business Development / Account Manager (B2B) role, ideally within the IT Hardware industry.
- You possess solid expertise in Direct Sales.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- Must have 2+ years of experience in Selling IT Services to the government sector and filing Online Government Tenders at GeM Portal.
- Preferable Exposure and experience In selling to Government/ PSU/ State or Central Ministries/ Corporate I Enterprise I SME customer.
- This position requires excellent communication- written & Interpersonal and good organizational skills.
- Will be required to assume complete responsibility of tracking, creating, and maintaining all bids & proposals.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office and knowledge of social marketing.
- Strong skills in making creative Presentations.
- Experience of working In Public Health will be an added advantage.
