Executive - Business Development - IT (7-8 yrs)
Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 8 years of proven experience in business development, with a strong focus on generating new business opportunities in both the US and Indian markets. The role requires expertise in cold calling, fresh calling, and leveraging social media marketing platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, ZoomInfo Lusha, and other relevant tools.
Key Responsibilities :
- Business Development Strategy : Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expand the company's client base. Identify new market opportunities and establish strong relationships with potential clients.
- Client Acquisition : Proactively engage in cold calling and fresh calling activities to generate leads and convert them into clients. Effectively communicate the value proposition of Whiztek Corp's services to prospective clients.
- Client Management : Manage relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Market Research and Analysis : Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for growth. Analyse market data to develop insights and recommendations for enhancing business development strategies.
- Social Media Marketing : Utilize social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Lusha to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. Create and curate engaging content for social media channels to attract and engage target audiences.
- Lead Generation : Develop and execute effective lead generation campaigns to generate - qualified leads and opportunities. Utilize various channels including social media, email marketing, and networking events to expand the company's client base.
- Sales Pipeline Management : Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure, ensuring timely follow-up and communication with prospects. Track and report on key performance metrics related to business development activities.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 7 to 8 years of experience in business development, preferably in the IT industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing platforms and tools.
