Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to spearhead our sales and client acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT sales, experience with platforms like Upwork or other bidding portals, and exceptional deal-closing abilities for software, CRM, and mobile app and digital marketing projects. Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT and software development sector.
- Create and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Generate leads through bidding portals (e.g., Upwork, Freelancer) and networking platforms.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, understanding their software needs.
Deal Negotiation & Closure:
- Pitch software solutions (CRM, mobile apps, custom development) effectively to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and finalize deals, ensuring profitability.
Market Analysis:
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
- Provide insights for product and service improvements based on client feedback.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience
- 2+ years in business development or IT sales
- Hands-on experience with Upwork, bidding portals, or freelance platforms.
Skills:
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of software solutions like CRM systems, SaaS platforms, and mobile applications.
