Executive - Business Development - IT (5-8 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Lead marketing outreach across channels including email, Linkedin, and Twitter to acquire new clients.
- Experience in International IT client generation.
- Build relationships with prospective clients
- Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
- Manage sales pipeline.
- Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages.
- Track metrics to ensure targets are hit.
- Able to write Cold email copy, Tweets, and Cold LinkedIn messages.
- Assist in business development by identifying potential clients, data research, and follow-ups.
- Analyze and make weekly reports.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree 5+ years in the sales industry.
- Experience in working for an IT company is a must.
- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- CRM experience is preferred.
