Executive - Business Development - IT (5-10 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
Sales and Business Development :
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets for IT hardware products.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, referrals).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Client Management :
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate IT hardware solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure deals.
Market Analysis :
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback on market trends and product performance to the management team.
Sales Support :
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., technical support, product management) to ensure client needs are met.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and account plans.
Customer Service :
- Address and resolve any customer issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
Qualifications :
Education :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience :
- Proven track record in IT hardware sales or a related field.
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably within the IT industry.
Skills :
- Strong knowledge of IT hardware products and technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
