Executive - Business Development - IT (4-6 yrs)

Key Deliverables:

- Manage entire Sales life cycle including client mapping, cold calling, prospecting, lead generation/qualification, product/Service/proposal presentation and sales closure.

- Build, execute and manage a strategy to generate leads and design campaigns for the services like App/Web development, Digital Marketing & Social Media.

- Assist in managing contract negotiations and agreements especially pertaining to the IT Services.

- Closing International Leads generated through Cold Calling, Targeted Email Campaigns, Chat messengers, LinkedIn, Social websites (US, UK, Canada, Europe, Middle East and Australia).

- Lead generation via cold calling/emailing/online marketing campaigns prospects based in various countries.

- Manage end to end sales cycle from lead Generation till delivery.

- Taking follow ups on generated leads, existing new prospective clients to cross-sell and up sell services and products.

- Work closely with the pre-sales team to profile the clients, evaluate leads and create proposals as per the client requirements.

- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, technical support, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.

- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities through networking events and other strategies.

Desired Skills:

- 4+ years of experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role.

- Experience in selling IT services (Website, Application, Mobile App, CRM, ERP, SEO, SMO, ETC)

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Critical thinker and problem solver.

- Flexible with shift

- Excellent command on MS Office and CRM software.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
