We are looking for a Business Development Executive at Mildain Solutions - IT Company based out of Film city, sector 16A, Noida.

Job Location - Noida

Job Profile - Business Development Executive/Manager

Experience - 3+ Years

Immediate joiner preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

- Prospecting and Lead Generation : Develop and execute strategies to identify and qualify potential leads within the education sector. This includes researching and networking to build a robust pipeline of qualified prospects.

- Sales Presentations and Demonstrations : Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to school administrators, teachers, and other relevant stakeholders.

- Relationship Building : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within educational institutions, becoming a trusted advisor.

- Negotiation and Closing : Effectively negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving targeted sales goals.

- Sales Reporting and Forecasting : Provide accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and insights to leadership.

- Stay up-to-date : Keep abreast of the latest trends and innovations within the education technology industry.

- Create and follow up with prospective leads and drive them to closure reach daily targets Reporting output on a daily basis Maintain, build and update calling/mailing databases, Research on different tools to increase the sales.

Basic Qualifications :

- Any Graduate/Post Graduate.

- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, high pressure environment by combining analytical rigor and judgment.

- Excellent spoken and written English skills.

- Proficient in general computer management, Microsoft Excel & Word.

- This is a global role where customers are spread across geography/time zones.

- The selected candidate will undergo sales training comprising product knowledge, understanding your customers, CRM, email writing, phone skills etc.
