Brief details of the Job :
- Domain knowledge in retail banking and Payment industries
- Expertise in selling E-Banking Software products ( EFT Switch, Debit Card & credit card management systems, payment gateway, Agency Banking , reconciliation Software etc
- Expertise in digital transformation and new product requirement strategies in the BFSI segment
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand
- Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes, new products and features)
- Work with software teams to identify new solutions based on customer demand and cross-sell. Make recommendations for improvement based on customer feedback.
- Demonstrate a perspective on where the market is going and how we can preemptively meet our customers needs.
- To proactively penetrate new accounts to ensure sales target achievement and increase revenue by introducing relevant products and services.
- Execute sales and business development activities for assigned regions and territories, including new business generation within existing and new accounts
- Provide a continuous stream of qualified new business opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline.
- Gain an in depth understanding of customer businesses to better position our solutions and services to meet customer needs.
- Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships at all accounts.
- Provide management with regular detailed information on customer needs, market trends, competitive activity, pricing and new business opportunities.
What you bring ?
- Strong software sales experience, with a strong understanding of businesses within financial institutions such as banks.
- Proven track record of selling software products and services & closing business across large strategic accounts and new prospects
- Strong knowledge of financial technology solutions including systems, applications and industry best practices
- Requires expert negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical and critical thinking ability to support decision-making and problem solving
- Travel is required
