Shift timing: 11.00am to 8.00pm
Job Description:
- Research and identify new market opportunities.
- Foster business relationships with prospective clients by arranging and conducting meetings.
- Manage the promotion of the company's products/services, tailoring approaches to potential clients' specific needs.
- Prepare and monitor sales contracts to ensure adherence to legal guidelines.
- Maintain detailed records of sales, revenue, and other important data.
- Implement and manage an elective lead generation and follow-up strategy through LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Act as a virtual assistant by scheduling appointments, following up on emails, and conducting administrative tasks to support the sales process.
- Provide feedback and after-sales support, building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers.
- Develop strategies to grow the customer base and improve sales.
- Assist in the training and development of sales
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a business development executive, sales executive, or in a relevant sales role, with an emphasis on inside sales.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Experience with lead generation and follow-up, particularly on LinkedIn.
- Proficiency in English.
- Market knowledge.
- Communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport.
- Time management and planning skills.
- BSc/BA in business administration, sales, or relevant field.
