Executive - Business Development - IT (2-8 yrs)
- Radixweb is a veteran IT Consultancy & Software Development company, providing its services to a global customer base. We are looking for smart business development professionals who will be responsible for engaging with IT Decision Makers and C-Suite profiles & generating new business opportunities from the international market
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
- Engaging prospects via Cold Calling, Email Marketing & Social Media, generating opportunities to render services to them
- Creating and maintaining a list of prospect clients as well as logging all the communication and updates in CRM Software
- Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans
- Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences
Eligibility :
- Minimum 2 Years of Cold Calling Experience in the International Market (Lead Generation)
- Relevant Experience in the IT Outsourcing Industry is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce knowledge preferred
