Executive - Business Development - IT (2-8 yrs)
We are hiring Business Development Executive
for one of our clients - a research-based Tech company founded in the United States, which was started with the purpose and mission of online education and has now turned out to be one of the best IT companies. It provides technology services and custom training solutions to small businesses.
Responsibilities :
- Good Experience in marketing the bench consultants.
- Regular interaction with the bench candidates by identifying their needs and positioning them for projects accordingly.
- Available consultants (BA, SQL BI Developers, Cyber Security experts, Data Scientists, etc.)
- Developing new contacts with the tier 1 vendors/clients.
- Marketing Bench Consultants (H1B, GC, OPT, US Citizen).
- Proficient in marketing bench consultants in various IT Technologies.
- At least 2.5 years of experience in IT Sales/Bench Sales in US IT staffing is a must.
Qualifications :
- Calling on prime vendors.
- Developing corporate account relationships.
- Presenting consultants.
- Negotiating and finalizing contracts.
- Negotiating rates with vendors & managing long-term relations with them.
- Research and identify new market opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver pitches to potential clients.
- Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.
- High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision-making.
