Executive - Business Development - IT (2-7 yrs)

Business Development Executive Responsibilities:
- Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
- Must have good business analytical skills for client project requirements understanding, & sales-target oriented,
- Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
- Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Ability to communicate with managers, directors, VPs, CxOs
- Arrange a meeting for prospective clients with the top management of your company
- Send campaigns and schedule appointments with interested parties
- Use telephone, email, and internet contact to build and maintain strong connections with new and existing partners
- Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
- Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
- Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
- Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
- Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
Business Development Executive Requirements :
- Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business development or a similar role
- Experience in managing and growing sales teams
- Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
- Ability to present and explain ideas to a variety of audience
- Great networking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Resourceful, with outstanding research skills
- Have a strong track record of success in sales, ideally within the Software industry.
- You have a strong experience in consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage senior-level relationships.
