Executive - Business Development - IT (2-6 yrs)
Hiring Business Development Executive to Chennai
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Generating and Building the stronger pipeline of leads from the product category. Through cold calls. Emails and various channels like - Forums, LinkedIn and Social Media.
- Work on leads, provide primary demos, address customer queries, and facilitate product exploration.
- Effectively engage with prospects, as well handhold the clients till closure and ensure conversion and revenue at par with the benchmark rates.
- Present LBS to potential clients
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and PresalesTeam.
- Report to the Director Business on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- 2 to 5 years- experience in BDE, SAE on HR & SaaS technology sales
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, ZOHO)
- Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
- MBA with graduation in technology or computer science
