Executive - Business Development - IT (2-6 yrs)
Role Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team in the HR tech industry. As a BDE, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to acquire new clients, generate leads, and build relationships with clients. You will work closely with other teams to ensure that client needs are met efficiently, and sales targets are achieved.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and expand business opportunities.
- Generate leads through various channels, such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their hiring requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Create and present proposals to clients, highlighting the benefits of hiring fresher candidates and how their hiring needs can be fulfilled.
- Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring that both parties are satisfied with the terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as recruitment and marketing, to ensure that client needs are met efficiently.
- Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring that opportunities are tracked, and deals are closed in a timely manner.
Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Keep up with industry trends and changes in the job market to ensure that our offerings are relevant and competitive.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Result-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Knowledge of the latest sales and marketing trends and techniques.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
