Executive - Business Development - IT (2-6 yrs)
Job Summary:
Aizant Global Analytics is looking for an experienced and resourceful Business Development Executive, to manage end to end marketing and sales activities, mainly focusing on Indian market. Develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets.
Responsible for communicating the value of Aizant Global Analytics products to the market and to create accessibility through digital platforms that translate to leads for Sales.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible and own complete Marketing life cycle starting from lead generation to making the final sale.
- Research and identify new market opportunities, generate leads, pitch products to the potential customers
- Ability to develop business through outbound sales calls, industry networking, making client visits to establish rapport and set up meetings.
- Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
- Define a region-specific marketing plan that supports the regional sales strategy.
- Strategize, build and execute integrated field campaigns that involve email marketing and other channels as you see fit.
- Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
- Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company's products
- Responsible for planning, Forecasting, implementation and lead execution of overall go-to-market strategy involving business growth accountability, customers and channel partner engagement, marketing and demand generation plans.
- Develop business proposals for new and existing customers. Review and communicate proposals and cost estimates with internal stakeholders.
- Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
- Organizing events and product exhibitions. Participate in industry forums, client discussions, and conferences as a representative of the organization.
- Working internally with leadership team to ensure proper quality and quantity of demonstrations.
- Report daily basis on the status of field marketing activities.
- Maintain a knowledge repository of clients, referrals, prospects and presentations.
- Understanding the product offerings of Aizant Global in detail.
- Translate Aizant Global product feature sets into business value for the end-user.
- Craft compelling messages across different marketing channels
- To market Aizant Global as a go-to partner for solutions that enable digital transformation
- To highlight Aizant Global expertise through demonstrated successes with existing customers
- Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets
Required Skills :
- BBA/MBA(Marketing)/B.Tech(IT/CSC)/M.Tech, with 2 to 6 years of experience in Software Product Marketing.
- Preferably having experience working in Healthcare/Life Sciences/ Pharma Industry
- Knowledge in Sales process is an added advantage.
- Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple assignments at the same time.
- Must have ability to use Project Management, MS Word, Excel tools and PPT.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills on both verbal and written.
- Skill in prioritising and triaging obligations
- Should also be willing to travel.
