Executive - Business Development - IT (2-5 yrs)
Role: Business Development
Qualification: B. Tech / BCA / MCA
Experience: 2-7 years
Mandatory Skills:
- Build contacts with potential clients to identify and create new business opportunities and potential new markets.
- Prior experience in generating leads via various online channels/sources available.
- This may include :
- Online Hunting/Applying, Emailing, RFI/RFQ, Bidding (Upwork), and other sources of lead generation.
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
- Keep the prospective client database updated.
- Proficiency in business proposal writing, keeping follow ups, requirement gathering, and responding to RFI, RFP, etc.
- Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in-person.
- Have the ability to Nurture and Create Clients.
- Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met.
- Understands Customer Requirement is Meticulous and Process-Driven.
- Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company.
- Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients.
- Follow company guidelines and procedures for the acquisition of customers, submission of tenders, etc.
Good to Have Skills :
- 2+ years of similar experience in a similar service-based company.
- Must possess strong customer service skills.
- Should have excellent Communication Skills (Written and Spoken) and has to have a good understanding of technology terminologies and trends.
- Must have good negotiation skills
- Must be able to create good presentations.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must be detail-oriented and an active listener.
- Ability to work under pressure.
