We are hiring for BDE in Mohali Sector 74 S.A.S Nagar, Punjab
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our IT company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business strategy, with a focus on driving growth and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities : Research and identify potential clients, and develop strategies to convert leads into business opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Market Analysis : Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, providing insights to guide business strategy.
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals.
- Negotiation and Closing : Lead negotiations and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Reporting and Analysis : Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities.
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Experience : Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the IT industry.
Skills : Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
