Executive - Business Development - IT (2-5 yrs)
Your primary responsibilities are:
1. Identify new sales leads and support existing customer
2. Pitching products and/or services to prospective clients
3. Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
4. Work closelywith clients for requirements and help team members to create RFPs.
Day to Day duties typically you will be doing:
1. Researching online or market place to identify new leads and potential new markets
2. Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
3. Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
4. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
5. Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
6. Contacting clients to informthem about new developments in the company's products
7. Developing quotes and proposals
8. Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
9. Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills to bridge gaps and/or need arises in the project.
What is Required ?
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
2. Excellent Presentation, analytical and time-management skills
3. Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
4. Experience with lead generation, prospect management and IT sales process
5. Able to professionally and confidently communicate with C-Level Executives
6. Demonstrated and proven sales results in the past
7. Must have 2 years of experience in IT company as a BDE
