Executive - Business Development - IT (2-5 yrs)
JOB POSITION : Business Development Executive
JOB ROLE :
- Data mining
- Lead generation through cold calls/ field visits/ online sources to get meetings with key decision makers in companies
- Send program mailers to prospects
- Strategies effectively to create new customers on a continuous basis
- Develop a complete understanding of the services offered by the company
- Interact regularly with the training team to understand and share client requirements
- Meet revenue targets on a monthly basis
- Maintain daily MIS to help generate data for self and stakeholders
- Take care of internal documentations, reports and proposals for smooth business functioning
WORK EXPERIENCE :
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a sales and marketing role
- Should be a part of the business development function from any service industry
- Has experience in managing external clients and strongly believes in their satisfaction
- Understanding of the operational aspects of training and development would be preferred
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (Other degrees and certifications will be an added advantage)
SALARY: Pay package as per industry standards
