- Around 2-4 years of relevant experience (experience in lead generation function for IT services companies)
- Exposure to IT Service / Outsourcing / Staffing Industry
- Identifying target market, target accounts and services to be covered in the business development (lead generation) activity
- Identify potential buyers, identify key needs and positioning of CloudJournee Services
- Managing End-To-End activities related to Client Acquisition/Retention
- Develop email and calling campaign strategy and plan jointly with the Marketing team
- Cold call prospective leads, Follow up on warm leads
- Independently handle first level of conversation with identified prospects
- Convert hot leads into face to face or telephonic meetings
- Lead qualification and hand over
- Build a lead pipeline
- Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally
- Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team
- Prepare & present weekly/monthly/ quarterly/ yearly Business reviews to management
- Candidates with MBA / B.E who is very passionate about Business Development can apply
