Experience:2-4 years (MBA marketing freshers will be preferred)
Package: INR 1.20 - 3.0L.p.a (Plus Incentives)
Job Purpose: Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
Business Development Manager Job Description:
- Customer prospecting & leads generation.
- Servicing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales leads.
- Finding prospects, following up on business opportunities and setting meetings.
- Preparing presentations.
- Developing customized targeted sales strategies.
- Responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs).
- Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions.
- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients.
- Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients.
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support.
- Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews.
- Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting.
Qualifications
- Experience working in direct sales and customer account management.
- Must have excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in IT Services Sales will be prioritized.
- Excellent analytical and time-management skills.
- Persuasive and goal-oriented
- Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry
- Able to work accurately under stress and pressure to meet competing deadlines
- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
