Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and research potential clients, markets, and opportunities to generate leads.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients.

- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing products/services.

- Collaborate with internal teams to align business strategies and deliver client requirements effectively.

- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify potential areas for business growth.

- Meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring consistent revenue growth.

- Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction for both the client and the company.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates using CRM tools.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

- Analytical skills to identify and act on new opportunities.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
