Executive - Business Development - IT (2-4 yrs)
Position Title : Business Development Executive
CTC : 3.5-7 LPA
Experience : 2-4 yrs
Location : Navi Mumbai
Work mode : On-site
Primary Skills : IT sales, UI/UX knowledge is a plus.
Qualification : Any
Responsibilities :
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs in the UI/UX design space.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through strategic cold calling, networking, and leveraging social media platforms.
- Set up and conduct meetings with potential clients, attentively listening to their wishes and concerns.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on our UI/UX design services and products.
- Create regular reviews and reports, analyzing sales and financial data to drive strategic decisions.
- Represent the company at exhibitions or conferences to enhance brand visibility.
- Lead negotiations and effectively close deals, addressing and resolving client complaints or objections.
- Collaborate closely with team members to optimize collective performance and achieve exceptional results.
- Solicit and gather feedback from customers or prospects, and communicate insights to internal teams for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Associate Business Developer or in a similar role within the UI/UX design industry.
- Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques specific to the UI/UX design field.
- Fast learner with a genuine passion for sales and the design industry.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a keen aptitude for delivering attractive presentations.
