Executive - Business Development - IT (2-4 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the technical team to understand and communicate the company's capabilities and offerings to potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential target markets.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, including progress and forecasts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of 2-5 years in IT business development, preferably in web and mobile application development.
- Strong understanding of web and mobile technologies and their applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with the software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the IT industry.
- Technical background or understanding of programming languages (e.g., react.js, php, flutter, etc.).
- Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in web and mobile development.
