Executive - Business Development - IT (2-4 yrs)
- Must be good with hands on US & UK & Canada & European region sales, Cold calling, inside sales, Inbound & Outbound calling should be mandatory
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct high volume prospecting to generate qualified leads using various outreach channels including cold calling, email, and social selling.
- Providing a world-class prospect and customer experience through every interaction
- Finding new markets
- Find New Ways to reach existing markets
- Sell more into existing markets and customers.
- Researching and understanding various lines of business and personas
- Building Client credibility and trust
- Meet or exceed individual monthly, quarterly, and yearly metrics and goals
Skills :
- An effective Business Development individual needs a broad-based background with excellent business acumen. You must have an entrepreneurial mindset to conquer the market.
- You will need exceptional people, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven track record of generating new business leads via email, phone, or social media
- Average years of experience required 2 - 4 years of professional BD/sales experience.
- Experience prospecting and cold calling into a large list of accounts.
- Consistent achievement of year over year quota attainment in new revenue
