Executive - Business Development - IT (2-4 yrs)

Business Development Executives - 6 PM to 2 AM IST(Completely Remote)


The Opportunity :

- We are looking for talented, energetic and self-motivated Business Development Executives who are passionate about joining a rapidly growing Technology services company. If you have a flair for sales, you will enjoy this role as you will be responsible for generating leads and involve in converting these leads to revenue by interacting with decision-makers & influencers across different business verticals in the US region. As an Offshore Business Development team member, you will closely work with Sales Manager (onsite/offshore) and generate the reaches, set up relevant first meetings, and make sure that such meetings are from the assigned geography or a focus area.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage and expand database of leads and prospects within assigned focus area.

- Generating/sourcing qualified leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, etc by rigorously prospecting and researching in the US market

- Build relationships with prospective clients and manage an effective sales pipeline.

- Strike and Initiate conversations with C-level executives (high-profile personas) and build traction with them

- Responsible for scheduling and setting relevant first level meetings with the decision makers of the company.

- Ensure the CRM is updated with the activities done.

- Ensure 100% compliance to the sales process.

- Work closely with managers/leads to nurture qualified leads to RFP to achieve the booked revenue targets.

- Achieving monthly/quarterly sales target

Must-Have Skills :

- 2 - 4 years of total knowledge and experience with IT Service Sales

- Expertise in selling remote development services to US market

- Knowledge and experience in selling IT services - Web/Mobile application development, DevOps services, Extended remote teams / Staff augmentation for software development, etc.

- Expertise with various industry verticals for software sales like HealthTech, FinTech, RetailTech, InsurTech and other sectors

- Expertise in using CRM

- Should be an excellent communicator (verbal and written) skills and natural leadership skills

- Strong listening and analytical skills

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

- Should have a good understanding of emerging technologies in the IT space.

Good to Have Skills :

- Prior exposure to tools like Linkedin sales navigator, Zoominfo, Lusha, Rocketreach, Seamless.AI, etc..

- Strong interest in sales career - natural interest in networking

- Mature and focused - able to be persuasive, diplomatic, courteous, and firm.

- Able to communicate impressively.

- Able to meet deadlines and respond quickly

Minimum requirements (Education Qualification & Work Experience) : 

- Qualification Required: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or other related major required

- Work experience : 2-4 years of experience in IT Service Sales, US market

- Must be able to support US time zone
