Job Description :
- Identify target clients in various domains and use multiple techniques to generate leads on an ongoing basis.
- Create and articulate a compelling value proposition for key decision-makers.
- Familiarize yourself with Devkraft s capabilities, track record, and unique delivery model.
- Business Development for Devkraft s proprietary platforms.
- Marketing of Devkraft s solutions to senior management in companies.
- Sufficiently position products, services, key advantages, and differentiation from other service providers to generate interest within the target audience.
- Develop business/project proposals for various services/solutions.
- Orchestrate face-to-face meetings with the target audience and support the entire selling process from initial contact to discussions to pilots and contracts.
- Achieve quantitative and qualitative targets to ensure continued success and growth of the business unit.
- Enable the cross-selling of technology, digital, and analytics solutions.
- Effectively manage relationships with clients post initial sales cycle to continuously monitor satisfaction levels and to identify further opportunities within the same account.
- Seek and acquire feedback from the market about the value offered and thereby contribute to the conceptualization and development of new products and features.
Required Skills :
- MBA with significant experience in the Sales and Business Development
- Individual with a background in Technology background preferred.
- Must have prior experience in Business Development to senior management and key decision-makers.
- Understand the technology and technology sales approaches.
- Must have strong written and oral communication/presentation skills.
- Should have passion for networking and updating oneself with the latest market trends and relate it to identifying business opportunities.
- Should be able to handle individual accounts, taking initiative, and being proactive.
