Executive - Business Development - IT (2-3 yrs)
About the Job:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) for a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. As a BDE, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving the company's growth. This role requires a proactive individual with experience in IT offshore sales, exceptional communication skills, and a strategic approach to business development.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve growth objectives.
- Arrange meetings with potential clients to explore new business opportunities.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new revenue streams and business prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and invoices for reporting purposes.
- Establish and foster long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Lead generation through platforms like Upwork and other bidding portals.
- Focus on securing repeat business while attracting new clients to expand the portfolio.
- Train team members, helping them develop their skills and achieve targets.
- Set and achieve personal and team targets to contribute to the companys overall success.
- Prepare detailed reports and provide feedback to management.

- Experience: Proven experience in IT offshore sales and marketing.
