Executive - Business Development - IT (1-6 yrs)
We are looking for someone who will be responsible for bidding on portals like Upwork, and others. He should have a complete understanding of the sales cycle of business from bidding, negotiating till closer. Must have experience in writing proposals/costing/negotiations/prepare project schedules. Meet and exceed targets through lead generation. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities :
- Excellent Verbal & Written skills.
- High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision-making.
- Identifying new sales leads and will be responsible for sales conversion.
- Pitching products and/or services.
- Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential new clients (through voice/chat).
- Good experience on the Upwork platform.
- Basic knowledge of Technologies- CMS, Frameworks, Mobile Apps, and Digital Marketing.
- Experienced in writing nice cover letters with a good understanding of Project requirements.
- Ensure end to end coordination of the lead management cycle.
