We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven CS Network to join our team, playing a crucial role in driving business growth by promoting and selling customized software solutions tailored to meet clients' specific needs.
What the Role Needs to Achieve :
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing bespoke software development projects, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of custom software solutions, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential clients, understanding their requirements, and effectively communicating how our bespoke software services align with their business goals.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation :
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our client base.
- Identify and target potential clients in need of bespoke software development solutions.
- Identify and research potential clients who could benefit from bespoke software solutions.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote company and generate leads.
2. Client Consultation :
- Engage with clients to understand their unique requirements and pain points.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate client needs into feasible software solutions.
3. Solution Presentation :
- Articulate the value proposition of bespoke software development.
- Present tailored solutions to clients, emphasizing how our services address their specific challenges.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure a clear understanding of project requirements and deliverables.
4. Negotiation and Closing :
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts.
- Close deals by demonstrating the ROI of customized software solutions.
5. Relationship Building :
- Cultivate long-term relationships with clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique requirements and providing tailored solutions.
6. Market Research :
- Conduct Market Research and Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
- Identify opportunities for expanding our bespoke software offerings.
Essential Knowledge and Skills Required :

Educational Qualifications :

Experience :
