Executive - Business Development - IT (1-5 yrs)
- Must have experience in Web Development & Mobile Apps project, digital marketing projects acquisition & closing.
- Sound technical knowledge of advanced Web/Mobile/digital marketing technologies trending today.
- Must be analytical enough to understand project requirements and prepare the detailed proposal, pre-sales discussions, and negotiations, closing the sales and handing over the client to the delivery team.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients and prepare convincing write-ups/ messages.
- Identify, create and pursue new business opportunities and clients.
- Should have the experience in handling the lead generation team, motivate them, and support them for qualified leads.
- Self-motivated to meet sales target regularly.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Able to propose project budgeting to the client.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills for effective communication with overseas clients.
- Responsible for generating business from hunting and forming.
- Identify opportunities, purpose solutions to customers in consultation with the technical /operational teams.
- Handling escalation and problems. Experience in handling customer escalations and closing them in timely manners without escalating it further.
- Developing sales funnel through system.
- Proper and timely reporting of day to day task & activity update. case leads, opportunities and issues of reporting manager.
- Ensure timely follow ups with customers.
- Build business relationships through networking and lead generation programs.
- Oversee the sales process to attract new clients and maintain existing customers.
- Work with senior team members to identify and manage the risk.
- Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
