Executive - Business Development - IT (1-5 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the IT sales, software sales, and CRM sales domain.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and their needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
- Present and demonstrate the company's products and services to prospective customers.
- Negotiate and close sales deals with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and customer support.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management.
Requirements :
- At Least 6 months of Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the HR domain softwares.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, job portals, and the platform. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
