Executive - Business Development - IT (1-4 yrs)
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, email outreach, and other lead-generation activities.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their IT needs and offer solutions.
- Sales & Negotiation: Present, promote, and sell IT services and solutions to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to provide clients with valuable insights.
- Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company.
- Proposal Preparation: Create and present business proposals, quotes, and presentations to clients. Work closely with the technical team to align proposals with customer requirements.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams including marketing, technical, and project management teams to deliver a seamless experience for clients.
- Reporting & Analysis: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and client interactions. Regularly report progress to the senior management team.
