Job description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and sales initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of client deliverables.
- Manage and track sales pipelines using CRM tools like Salesforce, SAP, or other ERP systems.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business growth areas.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and develop long-term client partnerships.
- Report regularly on sales activities, market trends, and performance to the management team.
