Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development executive/specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing proposals in response to RFPs, RFQs, and other bid requests. The Business Development Executive will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that align with our business goals and values.

Role and responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and lead generation.
- Must be familiar with mobile and web technologies.
- Proven work experience with bidding portals like upwork.
- Develop and submit high-quality proposals in response to RFPs, RFQs, and other bid requests
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet revenue targets.
Required Skills:
- 1+ year of experience in business development, sales, or bid management
- Proven track record of developing and submitting successful proposals in response to RFPs, RFQs, and other bid requests
- Strong understanding of the sales process and experience with Upwork
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
