Executive - Business Development - IT (1-4 yrs)
We are looking for BDE in IT Sector with min 1 year of experience.
- Controlled all departments except and marketing.
Junior employees reporting to me:
- Telesales, Technical Team, Development Departments, Sales and Marketing Departments
- Managing Marketing Function like Telecalling,
- Providing techniques to Sales Team to increase walk-ins and target
- Achieving Sales Target
- Understand clients requirements and needs
- Preparing a Quotation as client requirements
- Provide solution and suggestions to the clients
- Maintaining Relationship with the students and clients.
- Managing Meeting with Project development clients.
- Payment remainder to the clients and students
- Manage new data for the telesales.
- Managed data to other branches of the companies
- Provide a solution when any candidates not get the service.
- Co-ordinating with Placement department.
- Interviewed potential new hires and provided training.
- Submit Proposals via Freelancer, Upwork, Guru and Facebook.
- Staff assignment and team handling.
- Generate Qualified Leads through Online Bidding, Email Marketing.
- Give/Take Follow up to/from clients for ongoing projects regularly
- General Formalities: Preparing Offer letter, Appointment letter, Candidate follow up till joining
- Collection of documents.
- Take requirements from the client via Skype call or video calling.
- Social Media account posting
