Job Description :

Position : Business Development Associate (On -Site)

Industry Type : IT- Mobile Application Developer

Qualification : MBA HR or equivalent degree

Experience : Minimum 1 Year in IT Sales or related

Gender : Male Preffered


Salary : Between 25-40K


Job Location : Noida (onsite)

Responsibilities :

- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.

- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.

- Arrange and attend business meetings with prospective clients.

- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives.

- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.

- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.

- Provide after-sales support.

- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

- Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople.


Requirements :

- Proven working experience of 1-4 Years as a business development /sales profile or a relevant role in B2B sales/IT Sales.

- Experience in ERP, CRM, or any other SaaS services will be preferred.

- Proven sales track record.

- Market knowledge.

- Communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to build rapport. skills:

- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication.

- Great networking skills. - Neat, well-groomed appearance.

- Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.

- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
