Executive - Business Development - IT (1-4 yrs)

- We are looking for a self-motivated BDR Executive to join our vibrant Marketing team. The Executive will be responsible for outbound campaigns including but not limited to identifying new markets, scoping accounts, lead generation and qualification, analysis and reporting of our core offerings.

- The Executive would be closely working directly with Marketing Head and Senior Leadership towards our vision of accelerating value realization by crafting innovative digital solutions for our customers to become their trusted technology partner.

Job Description :


- Identify and research potential leads within the target market - esp. US and Europe

- Utilize various channels such as LinkedIn, industry events, online forums, and databases to generate new leads.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage marketing campaigns for lead generation.

- Conduct thorough research to understand customers' needs, pain points, and challenges, and tailor sales pitches accordingly.

- Gather intelligence about prospective clients, their industries, and pain points.

- Understand the competitive landscape and position Pratiti's offerings effectively.

- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring they align with our target customer profile.

- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of leads and maintain accurate and updated customer information in the CRM system - Zoho, Freshsales, HubSpot, etc.

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our services and offerings, as well as industry trends to effectively communicate our value proposition to prospects.

- Nurture database with email marketing, newsletters, and other content led distribution channels.

- Data driven reporting of MQLs, SQLs, and campaign related KPIs.

The Successful Applicant :

- 1-2 years of work experience as a Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative or similar role and in IT services, Tech/SaaS or similar industry.

- Tech background will be an added advantage.

- Strong prospecting and lead generation skills, with a track record of success in identifying and qualifying leads.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build rapport with prospects with lead nurturing campaigns.

- Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets, with a strong work ethic and a competitive mindset.

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Zoho, Freshsales, Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) is a plus.

- BE/BTech in IT or similar education is preferred
