Executive - Business Development - IT (1-3 yrs)
Business Development Executive:
The Inbound Sales Development Representative plays a critical role in InvestWell's overall revenue engine. This position offers a unique opportunity to build tangible skills that touch all areas of the business world: sales, marketing, and customer success. The ideal candidate is competitive, determined, passionate and has a desire to hustle in their pursuit of excellence.
The Sales Development Representative will work with a group of seasoned sales and marketing professionals to generate sales leads, schedule appointments for the sales team, and qualify leads created by the marketing department.
Primary Responsibilities include :
1. Source new sales opportunities using lead generation techniques.
2. Pitching products and/or services to Mutual Fund Distributors.
3. Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers.
4. Job may involve travelling 1-2 times a week in the city itself.
5. Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
6. Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays.
7. Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company's products.
8. Developing quotes and proposals.
9. Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person.
10. Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met.
Required Skills and Educational Qualifications :
1. Very strong communication skills, both written and verbal
2. NISM Certification in Mutual Funds
3. Experienced in selling Mutual Funds is nice to have
4. Competitive mindset and eagerness to win
5. Positive, team-oriented attitude
6. Customer-facing experience a plus
7. Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently
