Executive - Business Development - IT (1-3 yrs)
Responsibilities
- Lead the sales team handling end-to-end sales process, starting from lead qualification to presales, closure and relationship management.
- Develop and execute BD strategy and plans.
- Position services and products to customers. Maintain a healthy lead to opportunity conversion rates.
- Work closely with the pre-sales team to develop sales pitch and proposal preparation.
- Maintain healthy sales closure rates. Negotiate, persuade, and close deals in the shortest possible time frame.
- Maintain UpToDate data and reports on sales pipeline and closures.
- Maintain a healthy and adequate pipeline for closures.
- Consistently meet sales targets with healthy margins
- Guide, mentor and lead the sales team.
- Actively participate and contribute to organizational business and marketing strategy.
Skills Required
- 1+ years of sales experience in an IT product/services organization.
- Strong sales number focus and ability to guide the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Deliver sales and company presentations.
- Excellence in customer relationship management maintain communication and interactions with customers.
- Strong affinity towards sales number tracking, pipeline management and closure
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
