Executive - Business Development - IT (1-3 yrs)
Primary Responsibilities :
- Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through cold-calling and emailing.
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Handling customer queries in terms of generating opportunities
- Keeping regular updates on products and processes for lead generation
- Developing in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Keeping regular updates on competing products
- Researching and mining the database for outbound calls.
- Creating a pipeline for opportunities
- To maintain an efficient and harmonious working environment among employees, clients and managers.
- Communicate and provide information by relevant methods internally and externally to assist and enable organizational operations and effective service to connecting groups.
- Adhere to procedures relating to the proper use and care of equipment and materials for which the role has responsibility.
Qualifications & Skills :
- Any Graduate
- Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM software & other computer basic knowledge
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong listening and sales skills.
- Ability to achieve targets.
