Executive - Business Development - IT (1-3 yrs)
Business Development Executive
Overview :
- Desired candidates would work with clients from North America, European regions and Gulf Countries.
- The primary responsibility is to identify the potential businesses looking for Software developers and software developments.
- The Major KRA of the work includes inquiry generation and setting up meetings with the business managers and Project managers. Targeting potential users Using tools like online bidding portals & Social media. Connecting with the prospects through telephone, emails, video conferencing or in-person, is a day to day activity in this job.

Responsibilities (not limited to) :
- Prospect and build a sales pipeline for the Sales Managers via outbound calling, email communications, other direct marketing methods and following up on existing leads.
- Follow up with each Sales Manager, post-meeting. Determine the result of the respective meeting, follow up appropriately to close the loop
- Perform effective online demos to prospects
- Generate new business opportunities by working closely with all Internal engineering teams
- Schedule and conduct both client and prospective client meetings, either by phone or in person, to make sales, obtain work orders, and respond to RFIs and RFPs and other sales activities.
- Support in writing new business proposals, preparing contracts and SLA's, negotiating commercials, preparing presentations etc.
- Continuously working to expand the client base through relationship growth, marketing and promotional activities
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
- Understanding customer needs and requirements
- Consistently log and record each-and-every outreach made, in CRM, producing regular activity reports
- Act as a bridge between Marketing and Sales. Be cognizant of each marketing initiative, and work toward corporate objectives
- Create Prospects from Online Bidding portals like Upwork, Guru, and others.
- Create Prospects from Social Media channels like LinkedIn, Facebook and others.
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
Skills Required :
- Strong Internet research skills required
- Strong phone presence, excellent presentation skills, verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Self-starter with solid follow-through and multi-tasking capabilities
- Developing Sales pitch, PPT's, competitive intelligence content
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest for products/service offerings
- Not only developing a deep understanding of the services offered by the company but also the technologies that run these services.
- To work with international clients, you should be able to work in the off-hour timings and also flexible to work in the night shifts.
- Knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators thereby creating a niche in the market.
