We are hiring for a company that focuses on research & development, technology consulting, software design and development and technology training in various sectors including Information Technology, Automobile and Wireless.
The Job Responsibilities :
- Must be self-driven, and motivated and should set his/her own targets.
- Proper lead utilization and a conversion ratio of at least 5% would be expected.
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems would be an added advantage.
- Must be able to build a good rapport with customers
- Campus visit and lead generation skills will be an added advantage.
- Successfully create a business from new opportunities.
- Calling will be a greater part of the Job.
- Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts.
- Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross sell potential within existing customers to maximise share of wallet.
- Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.
- Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.
- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.
- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
- New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
- Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
- Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
Ideal Candidate Requirements :
- Language:- Fluent in the local language is Important.
- Having prior sales experience will be helpful.
- Candidates who worked in the EdTech industry with less than 1 yr of experience can also apply.
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Business Development/Account Manager (B2B) role, ideally within the IT Services industry.
- Experience within Area Sales would be a strong advantage.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
