Executive - Business Development - IT (1-3 yrs)
Job Description:
- The candidate should be expert in lead generation through Cold Calling, Email Marketing & Social networking for Web, Software Outsourcing Services.
- Must have experience of 1-3 years in qualified lead generation with an IT Services based company.
- The candidate will use his enthusiastic approach, logical and techno-functional skills to generate high volume outbound telephone calls to enterprise international customers, SMEs and Fortune 500 / 1000 companies.
- The goal is to generate Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) which is phone based appointments.
Key Responsibilities Areas :
- Play a vital role in pipeline growth & revenue attainment through generation of Sales
- Accepted Leads (SALs) for Sales team and scheduling of phone based meetings with prospects.
- Initiate contact with suspects and prospects, creating initial interest and positioning HIC services.
- Present key selling points, features and benefits while remaining focused on the prospects needs and expectations.
- Conduct thorough lead/prospect qualification including the identification of projects, timelines, business benefits, technical fit, key contacts and budgets.
- Build credibility and strong working relationships with decision makers who do not show initial interest in our offerings, but may need our solutions in the future. Persuade right party contacts for on phone meetings with the sales representative.
- American/British accent is MUST for efficient communication with International Clients.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- 1-3 years experience of Lead Generation/ Outbound Calling/ Business Development/International Sales/ Tech Sales in US / UK / AU / Middle East market.
- Must be Internet savvy and possess basic computer skills like Microsoft office, excel etc.
- Expert communication skills; including listening, verbal and written communication skills.
- Graduate OR MBA in international sales & marketing from a reputed institute preferred.
- Experience in outbound calling that results in qualifying C-level, VP and Director-level, Head IT / Manager IT, Business Owners contacts.
