Job Title: Business Development Executive (IT Leads Generation)
Objective:
We're seeking a skilled Freelance Business Development Executive to generate new IT leads for our company, Dams Consulting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, sales, and marketing, with a focus on lead generation and conversion in the IT industry.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients in the IT sector
- Develop and execute a lead generation strategy to reach new clients
- Build relationships with key decision-makers through phone, email, and social media
- Pitch our IT services and solutions to potential clients
- Generate and qualify leads, converting them into new business opportunities
- Collaborate with our IT team to ensure seamless lead handoff
- Meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the IT industry
- Proven track record of lead generation and conversion
- Strong understanding of IT services and solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong research and prospecting skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Nice to Have :
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools
- Knowledge of IT industry trends and technologies
- Familiarity with sales automation platforms
Deliverables :
- A minimum of 20 new IT leads per month
- Lead qualification and conversion reports
- Regular updates on lead generation activities and progress
