Executive - Business Development - IT (1-2 yrs)
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales growth by identifying, qualifying, and converting new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research and leverage various channels, including online databases, social media platforms, industry networks, and bidding portals like Upwork, Fiverr, to prospect and identify potential clients.
- Employ effective communication strategies through cold calling, cold emailing, and other methods to establish rapport and build strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Maintain a deep understanding of current industry trends and best practices to ensure the presentation of the most relevant and compelling solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to successful deal closure.
- Develop innovative marketing ideas and strategies to uncover new business opportunities and expand the client base.
- Utilize your knowledge of IT services for both domestic and international sales, fostering growth across new markets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven success in lead generation and prospecting techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of current industry trends and best practices.
- Experience in IT service sales (domestic and international a plus).
- Proficiency in relevant CRM software and sales tools.
