Executive - Business Development - IT (0-6 yrs)
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive with 0 months to 6 Years of Experience as a BDE or BDM in a Service-Based IT Company to join our Business Development team and help us expand our clientele in Web and Mobile Application Development.
Required Candidate profile :
- Directly responsible for driving end-to-end sales through online bidding platforms for our services, from prospecting to closure.
- Responsible for Proposal writing, keeping follow-ups, requirement gathering, and communication links between the development team & clients.
- Bid effectively to create a work pipeline.
- Achieve Sales targets while ensuring profitability through margins
- Work closely with the managers and team to meet the targets.
- Building a customer database and follow up on old leads as needed.
- Manage a Team of Bidders.
- He/She should be responsible for Lead Generation and Conversion.
- Apart from Upwork, freelancer etc, candidate should have experience with other platforms also e.g., cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn sales navigator.
- Freshers are welcomed.
